Payment Options

The Montblanc Refill Shop currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express as forms of payment. Montblanc reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to customers.


Shipping Policies

In stock items are processed and shipped within three business days. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified and should arrive at addresses in the Continental United States within 3 to 5 business days. Remote areas and residences may take 1 or 2 days longer.

Rush processing is available but is subject to a service charge. Rush orders received by 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the same business day the order is received and will be shipped on the same day via UPS overnight mail. Orders received after that time will be processed and shipped on the following day.

Currently, Montblanc North America, LLC ships only to customers in the United States and Canada. Orders are shipped FOB Dallas and title transfers in the United States.


Shipping Costs

A shipping and handling charge of $5.00 will be added to standard orders under $25.00. Standard orders of $25.00 or more will receive complimentary shipping. Rush orders will be charged a $12.00 fee in addition to shipping charges.


Estimated Sales Tax and other charges

Currently, Montblanc North America, LLC charges sales tax for orders depending on such factors as the place of delivery and the type of product purchased. In states where the purchase of such items is subject to tax (notably Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, and Washington), the applicable sales tax will be calculated on the total sale price of each item and will generally include handling and shipping charges as well as item discounts, gift wrap charges etc. In order to simplify this rather complex process, we have recently streamlined our internal procedure to ensure that such taxes are accurately calculated at the time of expedition using the proper sales tax rates as supplied by a leading tax rate service provider.

Consequently, the amount which appears when you order through the Montblanc Refill Shop is only an Estimated Sales Tax which may vary at the time of shipping due to the aforementioned factors. Recipients of orders shipped to other states not mentioned above are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws. Taxes and duties are also collected for orders shipped to Canada.


Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact Montblanc Customer Service as soon as possible. Providing that we have not yet shipped your order, we will cancel it for you.


Return Policy

Montblanc prides itself on the quality of its merchandise and guarantees satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase, refills may be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less shipping charges. If you are returning an item for an exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of charge. To request a return authorization, please contact Montblanc Customer Service.
